Launch to Wellness Giveaway

Effective: November 11, 2024

 

Eligibility
The Zeniti.ai Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and residents of the United States. Employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives of Zeniti AI LLC, and their immediate families or household members, are not eligible to participate.

Entry Methods
To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following action:

  • Subscribe to Zeniti.ai updates at zeniti.ai. No purchase necessary.
  • Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

Prize Descriptions and Approximate Retail Values
The following prizes are available to win:

  • One (1) Complimentary Online Course Enrollment
    Approximate Value: $48
    The winner will receive access to one (1) online course from Zeniti.ai’s online course catalog, offering expert guidance on mental wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies.

  • One (1) Complimentary Group Coaching Subscription (One Month)
    Approximate Value: $248
    The winner will receive one (1) month of complimentary access to Zeniti.ai's Group Coaching Program, offering personalized coaching and group support, for up to one (1) month of complimentary access.

Start and End Dates

  • Start Date: November 18, 2024, 12:00 AM (Central Standard Time)
  • End Date: January 5, 2025, 11:59 PM (Central Standard Time)
    All entries must be received during the promotion period to qualify.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
  • Winners will be notified by email or SMS via the contact information provided during the opt-in process.
  • If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days after the notification is sent, the winner will forfeit their prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
  • By entering, participants consent to being contacted by Zeniti.ai for promotional purposes.

  • General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Zeniti AI LLC, which are final and binding. Zeniti AI LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent behavior.
  • Publicity: By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Zeniti AI LLC to use their name, likeness, and any other information provided for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • Liability: Zeniti AI LLC is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or failures, or any errors that may occur in the processing of entries. Zeniti AI LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.
  • Void Where Prohibited: This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  • Prize Substitution: In the event that any of the prizes become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of Zeniti AI LLC, Zeniti AI LLC reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, except as provided herein.

  • Delivery of Prizes: The delivery of digital products, including online courses and subscription services, will be completed through access on the Zeniti.ai platform. Winners will receive instructions on how to access their prizes via the contact information provided at the time of entry. Zeniti AI LLC is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of digital prizes due to technical issues or incorrect contact information provided by the winner.
