WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
Kelley Thorpe Baker | Founder, Zeniti.ai | Mental Health and Wellness Coach
Mental health statistics are heartbreaking - and something has to give...
Mental health challenges affect 1 in 5 - approximately 52 million - adults in the U.S. every year. This number does not begin to address our children and young adults - and their emotional issues - due to generational trauma and environmental stressors.
Nearly half of those with mental health conditions don’t get the help they need -often due to a lack of access, resources or awareness. In the United States, approximately 570 counties lack psychologists, psychiatrists, or counselors, rendering them mental health care deserts.
Such disparities highlight the urgent need for accessible mental health options and alternatives nationwide.Â
In today’s fast-paced world, women of all ages are increasingly affected by loneliness, a growing epidemic with profound mental and physical health impacts. Despite the rise of digital communication, many women struggle to find genuine connections, often feeling unseen and unsupported in their daily lives. This isolation not only takes an emotional toll but also heightens risks for heart disease, depression, and even early mortality, making it a critical issue.
In response, I've created Zeniti, a community where we bring together women ready to prioritize their mental health. This space offers integrative health and wellness education for women via engaging online courses, peer-to-peer connection, and access mental health and wellness coaching programs.
I've walked this journey personally as a mental health coach with lived experience.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck, but I also know that with the right tools and support, we can find our way through.
Over 20 years ago, I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and a personality disorder. I’ve faced countless struggles with depression, anxiety and self-worth since I was a child. These issues have been compounded by relationship stress, job loss, and chronic health issues.
There were times when the weight of it all felt unbearable.
But I also learned that healing doesn’t happen overnight, and it isn’t linear. It has taken time, self-compassion, belief in myself, and the right supports to break free from everything that was holding me back.
I’ve learned that staying mentally healthy requires a lifelong commitment. I put in the work, day after day, month after month, year after year, to maintain a life.
What truly makes a difference in the healing journey is YOU—your perseverance, dedication, and determination to find the mental health and wellness solutions that work best for your unique needs.Â
The Zeniti Community was created to support you in that process. To supplement your membership, we offer online courses and coaching programs, which integrate with our innovative virtual mental health and wellness coaching GPT.

Hi, I'm Kelley.
I created Zeniti.
Â
Zeniti.ai was born from my deeply personal journey through depression and isolation. At one of the lowest points in my life, I discovered the incredible potential of AI to provide support, insight, and guidance. This transformative experience inspired me to create Zeniti GPT—an AI-powered virtual coach—and to establish a vibrant community where women can thrive together.
I believe that sustainable mental health and wellness require a combination of education, practice, and connection. With this in mind, Zeniti.ai offers a space where women can:
-
Develop habits that nurture their mental health and overall wellness
-
Connect with like-minded women who provide encouragement, inspiration, and understanding
-
Achieve meaningful and purpose-filled goals through actionable steps and accountability
Zeniti GPT is designed to be your 24/7 partner in personal growth, offering personalized strategies based on your unique experiences, personality, and goals. However, Zeniti is about more than just technology—it’s about fostering real connections and creating a community that supports each other’s growth and healing.
Our platform offers a range of resources to empower your journey, including interactive courses, coaching programs, and opportunities to engage with a supportive community. Whether you’re looking to silence your inner critic, cultivate self-confidence, or find clarity in your life’s direction, Zeniti is here to help you every step of the way.
I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned and creating a space where others can find hope and transformation. Â
